Planning & KickOff
|
We work with you to understand your compliance
requirements, the people involved, their roles,
the form and format of data collected and how it
can best be loaded into Sentinel. We hold a
kickoff meeting with key personnel to confirm
a project plan with time tables, deliverables
and responsibilities.

Design Stage and Administrator Training
|
We train and work with key personnel, using
Sentinel’s flexibility and sample data gathered
from you to develop the data configurations right
for your compliance needs. We give key users
hands-on experience with Sentinel to affirm the configuration.

|
Technical System and Data Loading
|
This includes setting up your server and
configuring email and IT security options
to your standards. Your data is mapped to
Sentinel, and scripts may be written to import
much of your data. Manual data entry is minimized.

|
Data Gathering and Configuration
|
Data gathering is the critical stage. Data is
gathered from spreadsheets and/or existing
systems. It is carefully reviewed before and
after loading into Sentinel. Data includes organization
structure; policies and procedures to be loaded
into the documents library; user roles; control and test
definitions; gaps and risks; work paper and process
templates, remediation and testing; and historical
results from previous compliance periods. We make
your compliance program operational.

Testing
|
Testing includes final data confirmation
and any required changes prior to user
rollout. It may also include a sample
assessment and reporting process.

|
User Training and Rollout
|
Based on the individual's role, the
training commitment is from 2 to 20 hours, with
the majority requiring only 4 hours. Hands-on training
is accomplished using your data. This supports
immediate rollout of Sentinel following training.

Post Implementation
|
Post implementation includes weekly calls
during the first month and calls every two
weeks in the second month to address any issues
or concerns that might come up. Continued support
is included in your monthly service fee.
