Alinion applications are hosted in a secure
SAS70 Type II Certification environment
that uses advanced technology to prevent
interference or access from outside
intruders. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects your
information during transmission from our data center
to your organization. Each user in your
organization is provided with a unique user name and
password that must be entered each time a user
logs on. The password is encrypted in the server
database. The session "cookie" does not include
the username or password of the user. Alinion
does not use cookies to
store session information. Session information
is held at the server and is
based on encoded session IDs. Alinion
can support your existing corporate
password policy. These safeguards
help prevent unauthorized access,
maintain data accuracy and ensure
the appropriate use of data.
